📢 By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

📢Terms of Service and Prices may change without previous advice, please make sure you check it before any commission request.

📢 The order may be rejected and will not be mandatory for the artist to provide a reason.

🚫 Please refrain to haggling prices, I DON'T OFFER DISCOUNT.

1| Commission

📌 I will start working after the 100% commission amount is paid.

📌 The client must provide all detalis required (pose, character, expression, colors, etc) also include references.

📌 Commissions will be made according to the order in which they've been paid.

    (You can check waiting list here)

📢 Prices are for 1 character, if you want to add more characters the price will increase.

   ⏰ Working Time

📍 Monday - Friday From 8 a.m  to 9 p.m EST

📍 Commission may take 5 to 7 business days, which means saturday and sunday don't count.

📍 Commission time will start AFTER sketch is approved.

    ⚠️(In case of emergency and will take me longer, I will let you know)

📍 Please, be patient, I won't be available all time but I will answer as soon as possible.

    ⚠️ Saturday and Sunday are my DAYS OFF, I will respond any message sent on weekends until Monday.

    ✍️ Changes

    📍 During scketch period up to 3 changes can be made at no aditional cost, if more changes are required an extra cost will be charged.

    📍 Extra Changes must be paid before continuing the commission.

2| Payment 

📌 Payment methods Ko-fi.

📌 Total cost must be paid in advance.

    🚫Refunds

    📍 Only BEFORE start working.

     ⚠️ Keep in mind Paypal retains a % when making transfers, so the client must assume the charge/discount made by said platform at the time of transferring the refund.

  

3| Use

📌 All commissions made by Leina Angel are for personal use and non-profit, unless otherwise agreed.

📌 There is an extra cost for commercial commissions.

📌 I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to create these, not to transfer the rights to them.

📌 Leina Angel may post the final art, sketch or part of the process on social media by specifying it's a commission.

    ⚠️ You can request not to do so.

📌You can post the drawing in your profile but credit me will always be appreciated.
